Korture Hiring is a remote Model Context Protocol server for hiring managers. Tell it what you want the person to get done, what the team is like and how the place runs. It reads the role back through four plain facets, the work, the team, the drive and the culture, tells you how many people are wired for it (about 1 in 6, or about 1 in 11), and, if that number is small, what one change to the role would do to it. When the role is already reachable it moves you on to the candidate scan and the interview. Free to use with a Korture account.

What it costs
A credit covers one of three things: a new role, a change to a role, or a candidate finishing a scan. Your first role is free. Reading anything, a brief, a role read, an interview or a candidate, is always free.

Anywhere that takes a remote MCP server URL. Claude, ChatGPT with developer mode on a paid plan, Gemini Enterprise, and Cursor. One endpoint serves both the 2026-07-28 protocol and the 2025 one, so it works with clients on either.
